What Type of Payments Do You Accept?
Keane Promotional Products accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We recommend the use of a credit card to facilitate rapid fulfillment of your order, but you may also use a company check. Please be aware that forms of payment that require funds to clear into our account can delay your order. We will not ship orders until our bank has cleared your funds.
Is My Credit Card Secure?
Absolutely, Keane Promotional Products is a Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliant merchant. PCI compliance is a set of security standards created by the major credit card companies to protect their customers from identity theft and security breaches.
Do You Charge Sales Tax?
All domestic applicable state and local sales tax will be added to your invoice as required by law. If you have tax-exemption status, please provide proof prior to placing your order. What Type of File Formats Do You Accept?
Our preferred formats are CDR (Corel Draw), AI(Adobe Illustrator), EPS (from a vector-based applications such as Illustrator). We also accept PSD (Photoshop), 300 dpi TIFF or JPEG. These files must be 300dpi or higher at the size it will be printed for an ideal full color image.
How Will My Order Be Shipped?
We make the best efforts to ship your products to you desired destination in the most economical way possible given your specified date and production limitations. The most economical means of transportation is typical UPS Ground. In some cases where product is extremely heavy another common carrier may be used.
How Fast Will I Get My Order?
Production times are listed for every item on the site. This is the number of business days it takes to print your item with a single-color imprint after you've approved your artwork. If you have a specific "in-hands" date, please be sure that there is adequate time before placing an order.
